SYNCHRONICITY X : I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD, c 2008, masabi black granite & mirror stainless steel. 16'h. x 8'w. x 30"d., 27 tons. Cedarville University, Biblical Studies Bldg., Cedarville, OH.

The theme for this sculpture is "I am the light of the world" and the brief was to relate to the environment of the new biblical studies building next to the lake.  The granite is from the far north of Minnesota, near the Canadian border: Cold Spring Granite Co.  I had them diamond wire cut the hexagonal opening thru the block and did all the carving and polishing myself.
